Chef James Haurey hosts speakers from Lowland Farm & Warwick Tomatoes to reveal the purpose of the relationship between chef & farmer & its necessity where consumers & their community are concerned.
Dinner guests will be connected with local food change-makers who use authentic storytelling to humanize the food system & inspire positive cultural, economic & social change through expanding the palate. 4-courses include hors d’oeuvres & a champagne toast, coffee & tea. Visiting farmers & food producers will share special nuances and be available for Q & A throughout all courses. Wine, beer and hard cider also available. Reservations Required.
